Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.17163 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.806 of 2019 dated 21.11.2019 that petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. pending appeal into that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court once in every six months on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m pending appeal" and pass such other or further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition made in Crl.M.P.No. 17163 of 2019 in Crl.A.No. 806 of 2019 dated 21.11.2019 that petitioners shall appear before the concerned on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.
2. It is seen from the affidavit filed in support this petition that the petitioners are resident of Erode and doing travel to various places for their business purpose. Further, they are the sold bread winner to their respective families and in such circumstances, in view of the above condition the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am pending appeal, they are not in a position to carry out their business commitments and to eke out livelihood for their families.

3.
