The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has settled all the dues to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent also confirms the same.

2. Mr.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that the vakalat will be filed during the course of this week. He would further submit that he has no objection for raising the order of attachment.

3. Considering the same, the order of attachment passed by the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on 22.11.2018 is raised. Registry is directed to send suitable communication to the concerned Sub Registrar. The applicant is also directed to produce the copy of this order for raising the order of attachment.
