ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 to 10 herein have put up unauthorised construction in the properties in R.S.No.1394/2E, 1394/2D, 1394/2C and R.S.No.1571/2B7, 1571/2B8, 1571/2B5, 1571/2B6, Vallipuram Revenue Village, Erode District. Seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 4 for removal of the unauthorised construction from the aforesaid properties, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The respondents 3 & 4 have filed a counter-affidavit dated 04.07.2024, in which, it has been stated that after verification of the ownership documents, revenue records, Agricultural Department NOC and Fire NOC and satisfying themselves with all the norms under G.O.No.18, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 04.02.2019, the Deputy Director (i/c), Erode District Town and Country Planning Office, had approved the building plan through his Letter Roc. No.2071/2022/ED-3, dated 06.09.2022.

3. In the light of the approval, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition, for taking action against the respondents 5 to 10, is not feasible.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
