O R D E R

The petitioner herein/A1 was arrested on 27.07.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(B), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.242 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, 1/4

seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.250 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above mentioned quantity is in between quantity. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reported that the petitioner is an habitual offender and there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, out of which, few cases are NDPS in nature.

5.Since the petitioner is having bad antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
