Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that Assessment Officer has provided an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to following effect:
"Withdrawing with liberty to file a fresh writ" 2.
