The civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 1 to 4 viz., 1.Neelavathi Balraj, 2.Periyasamy Balraj, 3.Lalitha Balraj, 4.B.Karthick herein as the legal heirs of the deceased respondent A.Balraj and array them as respondents 1 to 4 in the above civil revision petition.

2. Heard Ms.S.Pavithrashini, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
