ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order made in W.P.No.37253 of 2024 dated 23.04.2025. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent would submit that the order is an interim direction pending hearing of the main writ petition. As far as the interim direction is concerned, the call details have already been fetched and compiled and the statement of the petitioner is recorded and a copy of the same is also furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Let the same also be filed in the writ petition and the learned counsel can appropriately bring it to the notice of the Court dealing with the main writ petition.

Recording the above, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
