ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner representation dated 13.06.2025.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

3. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, initially, the 2nd respondent had sold the subject property to the 3rd respondent. Subsequently, the 3rd respondent had created many forgery documents and obtained patta, including the temple property. Hence, the petitioner filed an application to cancel the patta issued in favour of the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, on 10.05.2022, the DRO has cancelled the patta issued in favor of the 3rd respondent and ordered to restore the patta in the temple name. However, in the year 2024, the Revenue Authority 2/6

had wrongly uploaded the patta in the name of the 2nd respondent. Hence, representation dated 13.06.2025 was made by the petitioner to rectify the same. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition.

5. In reply, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would request this Court to pass appropriate orders directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner.

6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

7. In the case on hand, initially, the 2nd respondent had sold the subject property to the 3rd respondent. Subsequently, the 3rd respondent had created many forgery documents and obtained patta, including the temple property. Hence, the petitioner filed an application to cancel the 3/6

patta issued in favour of the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, on 10.05.2022, the DRO has cancelled the patta issued in favour of the 3rd respondent and ordered to restore the patta in the temple name. However, in the year 2024, the Revenue Authority had wrongly uploaded the patta in the name of the 2nd respondent. Hence, a representation dated 13.06.2025 was made by the petitioner to rectify the same. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents till date.

8. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

9. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
