ORDER
The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to issue non objection certificate to respondent Police to run a spa.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials placed on record.
3. At the outset, this Court is of the view that such a direction cannot be issued, it is for the petitioner to apply for NOC through the concerned Corporation for such license. Only on such application, police verification is required. Normally, the police officials will issue NOC to the Corporation and thereafter, the Corporation grants license. Instead of making application before the concerned Corporation, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing a writ petition seeking for a direction to the police to issue NOC and the same cannot be granted as a matter of right.
4. Accordingly, I do not find any merits in this petition and this petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
