The petitioners herein who were called for enquiry on a complaint given by one Naveen alleging that the petitioners have received a sum of Rs.9 lakhs to get the Government job, is before this Court alleging that the police is harassing him.

However, the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it appears that the complaint is a cognizable offence and been brought to the notice. Pursuant to that they want to enquire the petitioners.

In view of the said fact, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on summons. On such appearance, the petitioners should be enquired 2/4

in accordance with law without any violation of the constitutional right of the petitioners.
