2. This Court, while disposing of the present writ petition on 19.12.2023, had issued certain directions to the respondents and the case was ordered to be listed after two months "for reporting compliance".

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that order of this Court dated 19.12.2023 has been complied with and he has also filed a report with regard to the same.
