ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 03.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17273 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to select the petitioner to the post of BRTE in Zoology subject and sent it to the user department forthwith.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent selected the petitioner for the post of BRTE in Zoology subject by the communication dated 11.03.2025. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 11.03.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
