This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 15.03.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24925 of 2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, as against the order dated 15.03.2023 passed by this Court, the respondents/ contemnor preferred a writ appeal in W.A.No.705 of 2025 and obtained an order of interim stay in C.M.P.No.6023 of 2025 in W.A.No.705 of 2025.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
