This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioners and their family members and workers to peacefully carry out the cultivation activity and protect the petitioners' possession with their properties by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 03.06.2025 and 24.08.2025.
2. According to the petitioners, the third respondent is interfering with the petitioners in their cultivation activities. It is further submitted that they had already filed a suit for cancellation of sale deeds and also for permanent injunction in O.S.No.72 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Hosur. It is their further contention that when the suit is pending, the third respondent is interfering with their possession and causing physical assault. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking aforesaid relief.
4. The very submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and a perusal of the materials available on record indicate that there is a dispute with regard to the title over the immovable property, which has not been decided. In such view of the matter let the petitioners agitate their grievance in the pending suit. If there is any violation of the Orders of the Court, the first and second respondents shall take necessary action as per law.
