This petition has been filed to set aside order dated 08.08.2024 passed in O.P.No.318 of 2002 which was dismissed for non-prosecution and to restore the above O.P.No.318 of 2002.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing

this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the no objection expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this application is allowed and O.P.No.318 of 2002 is restored.
