This petition has been filed for extension of time to enable the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings as per the order of this Court dated 24.09.2021 made in W.P.No.16569 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, further time of 90 days from today is granted to the Arbitrator to complete the arbitration proceedings and for passing Arbitration Award.

4. With the above direction, this petition is ordered.
