C.M.P.Nos.27331, 27333, 27295 & 27297 of 2019 in S.A.No.1612 of 2008 P.T.ASHA, J., Considering the fact that the delay in filing necessary applications for setting aside the abatement casued due to the death of the first and second respondent respectively, has been condoned by this Court by order dated 21.01.2020, these petitions are ordered.

2. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and list the second appeal on 10.08.2021.
