This application has been filed to extend the time to execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to and in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II) High Court, Madras and executed herewith.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the Application in A.No.1117 of 2025 in O.P.No.89 of 2023 stands ordered and two weeks time is granted to execute the security bond from today.
