This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 140 days in representing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 30.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.22417 of 2021.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 140 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
