A.No.6614 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 259 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement in the above suit. A.No.6615 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the above suit. A.No.6616 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 7 and 8 herein, as defendants 9 and 10 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, these three applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint.

5. Post the suits on 10.01.2025.
