ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.D.Nandagopal, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. The survey is conducted and the compliance report is filed by the second respondent. As per the compliance report filed, there is no encroachment on S.No.23/2, Gounden pudur, Vairamangalam Village, Bhavani Taluk, Erode District.

3. In light of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
