Crl.M.P.No.17070 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30236 of 2024 P.VELMURUGAN, J This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners/accused 1 & 2 before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tirupattur for the case in S.T.C.No.899 of 2024, pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition and also considering the age of he petitioners, personal appearanc of the petitioners before the learned trial court is dispensed with pending disposal of the above petition. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Magistrate, as and when their presence is required by the trial court.
