This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 596 days for filing written statement of the fourth applicant / fifth defendant in C.S.No.232 of 2023 and the adoption memo filed by the applicants 1 to 3 & 5 / defendants 1, 2 4 & 6.

2. The other side have not seriously objected.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, in order to give a chance to the fifth defendant to put forth his defense and considering the number of days in delay, it is appropriate to allow this application. The adoption memo of the applicants 1 to 3 & 5 / defendants 1, 2 4 & 6 is also recorded. Accordingly, this application is allowed. 5/7
