Heard Mr. S.Doraisamy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. K.Ashwini Devi, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging Order No. Ma.A.2.Na.Ka.No.E1/4008/2023 dated 27.11.2023 passed by the Respondent cancelling the ongoing tender works.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that the impugned order dated 27.11.2023 is proposed to be withdrawn. 4.

In such circumstances, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner, if he still has any grievance, to work out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
