This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26879 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26879 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
