This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle EECO Van bearing Registration No.TN 28 CZ 6833 seized in connection with the case in Crime No.102/2023 on the file of the third respondent, in pursuance of the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the vehicle was released in favour of the petitioner by collecting a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- as fine.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
