This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24310 of 2024 by an order dated 24.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.6 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned III-Additional District Judge, Puducherry. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 10.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24310 of 2024 on 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned III-Additional District Judge, Puducherry on 10.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
