ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to change the direction in which the bridge is being constructed.

2. Where and how a bridge is to be constructed is essentially a matter for consideration by the authorities, with the help and assistance of engineers, depending upon the need. No interference is called for by the writ Court.

3. We leave the matter to be examined by the competent authority, as the petitioner has made some representation.

4. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
