This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20299 of 2023 on 08.09.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
