This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.24760 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam and the case now stands posted on 04.12.2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24760 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam on 04.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
