This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23863 of 2023 dated 08.11.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent once in a week for a further period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
