This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23563 of 2023 dated 12.10.2023 for executing sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
