This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Para No.6[c] in Crl.O.P.No.12995 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner may be a person having sufficient means and several properties, but the direction to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- was consequent to an affidavit filed by the petitioner that he is prepared to deposit upto Rs.50,00,000/-.

Therefore, I am not inclined to modify the condition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Time is extended till 05.01.2024 to comply the condition.
