This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20031 of 2023 dated 04.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
