This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner/appellant in Crl.M.P.No.10746 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.771 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the petitioner is taking treament for systemic Hypertension, Cardio Vascular Accident and Cervical Disc Disease and also due to his old age ailments, he finds it difficult to travel to appear before the trial Court. Therefore, he prayed to relax the condition.

3. Learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10746 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.771 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, is modified as follows :- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
