This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.16941 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.21478 of 2023, by an order dated 20.10.2023, to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
