ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to file the main Suit under Section 92(1) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, permitting the applicants/plaintiffs to sell the Suit property.

2. According to the applicants/plaintiffs, the Suit property belongs to the first plaintiff Trust and for the benefit of the Trust, it is necessary to sell the property belonging to the Trust. Therefore, they filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the nature of prayer sought for in the main Suit, this application is allowed. Leave is granted.

4. The Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.
