O.A.Nos.1039 and 1040 of 2023 and A. Nos.579 and 580 of 2024 in C.S. (Comm. Div.) No.301 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Since the plaintiff is having the benefit of interim injunction in O.A.Nos.1039 and 1040 of 2023 since 11.12.2023 and the pleadings are also completed in the main suit, no useful purpose will be served at this stage to keep O.A.Nos.1039 and 1040 of 2023 pending, that too when the parties have already agreed to go for Trial.

2. In view of the same, the interim injunction granted by this Court on 11.12.2023 is made absolute and O.A.Nos.1039 and 1040 of 2023 are allowed as prayed for, reserving the right for the defendant to raise all their objections in the main suit.

3. Consequently, the applications filed by the defendant in A. Nos.579 and 580 of 2024, seeking to vacate the interim injunction, are closed.
