This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25544 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week until further orders.
