The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the

petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2024 and issue passport to the petitioner.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. Recording the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the respondent by submitting an application for issuance of a passport.
