ORDER

It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 25.09.2025, at Paragraph No.6, while extracting the affidavit of undertaking, in Point No.4, the advance amount has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.1,00,000/- instead of Rs.1,50,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).

2. Registry is directed to issue fresh copy after making the correction of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) instead of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.B.BALAJI.,J sr Rs.1,00,000/- wrongly mentioned in point No.4 of Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 25.09.2025.

3. The affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 is also recorded .

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, granting time to the revision petitioner to vacate and hand over the tenanted premises on or before 30.09.2026, who shall continue to pay the existing rent without any default on or before the 10th of every succeeding month. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
