PRAYER: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, for a direction directing the respondent herein to transfer cum renewal of public resort license to for conducting Indian Cultural Dances program with live Music at Hotel Golden Star Nartagi Restaurant, located at No.69, Mount Road, Ruby Regency, Chennai - 600002 based on the petitioner's application dated 04.07.2019 within a reasonable period.
