Heard Mr.Jeremiah Gregory John, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The present revision petition has been filed, seeking expeditious disposal of E.A.No.3 of 2024 in E.A.No.1 of 2020 in E.P.No.22 of 2017 in O.S.No.12 of 2009.
3. The suit has been filed in the year 2009 and the execution petition has also been pending from the year 2017. Despite delivery being ordered, the Executing Court has not proceeded with the matter.
4. Mr.Jeremiah Gregory John, learned counsel for the petitioner would invite my attention to the order dated 26.08.2025, where the Executing Court has also doubted the maintainability of the E.A's filed while observing that the Court has recorded delivery of possession. However, the said application has 3/5
not been disposed of till date.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
6. In the light of the above, I am inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition, the Executing Court namely, II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Arakkonam, Ranipet District, shall dispose of E.A.No.3 of 2024 in E.A.No.1 of 2020 in E.P.No.22 of 2017 in O.S.No.12 of 2009, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
