ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" as it was reported that few inadvertent errors had crept in, in the final order dated 13.12.2024. 2.In Para No.19 of the order, it has been wrongly typed as "Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC"

instead of "Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC" at two places. Therefore, the phrase "Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC" occurring at two places in Para No.19 of the order shall be replaced with "Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC".

3.In Para No.2, at the second line, the number of the Civil Suit has been wrongly typed as "CS.No.197/2024" instead of "CS.No.194/2024". Hence, the number of the Civil Suit shall be replaced with "CS.No.194/2024" in the place of "CS.No.197/2024". 4.In Para No.33, at the last but fourth line of the paragraph, it is wrongly stated that the pre-suit notice was issued in "March 2024", whereas, it shall be replaced with "April 2024" instead of "March 2024".

5.Registry is directed to carry out the above mentioned corrections and issue fresh copy of the order to the parties.
