ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 of IPC, in Crime No.510 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.510 of 2025, which is pending on the file of the respondent.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 17-09-2025 gbi
