2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.373 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police is conducted and closed.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Adcocate (Crl.Side), this petition stands closed.
