2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the time is extended till 05.01.2024 for furnishing the surety as directed by this Court and no further time shall be granted, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
