This petition has been filed to amend the date of sale deed as 13.09.2007, instead of 13.09.2009 in the writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to correct the date of sale deed as 13.09.2007 instead of 13.09.2009 in paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed along with the writ petition.

4. As a necessary consequence, in the order passed by this court in W.P.No.13351 of 2024, dated 29.08.2024, at paragraph No.2, line about 7, the date of sale deed shall be mentioned as 13.09.2007, instead of 13.09.2009.
