This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file revision petition as against the judgment and decree dated 14.12.2022 in O.S.No.2 of 2022 passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur.

2. The petitioner has sought leave mainly on the ground that the company properties have been made as a subject matter of the suit suppressing the factum of liquidation and the leave is sought by the liquidator appointed by an Order dated 23.12.2020.
