Heard Mr. V.S.Jagadeesan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. T.Chandrasekaran, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the 1/4

materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondent to comply with the order dated 12.04.2023 in W.P. No. 11204 of 2023 passed by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that as the grievance ventilated by the Petitioner relates to computation of monetary benefits, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to work out his rights before the jurisdictional Labour Court and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In the result, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
